商品不良や誤配送の場合、商品到着後７日以内にメールでお知らせください。返金・交換にてついて説明いたします。確認が取れ次第、１４日以内（商品到着後）の郵送での返品をお願いいたします。使用済み商品は返品・交換不可となりますので、商品到着後、商品の確認をお願いいたします。
商品は未使用かつタグやラベルが付いた状態での返品をお願いいたします。商品不良・誤配送以外の理由での返品・交換は受け付けておりません。配送上でのトラブルや、商品を受け取れていない状態での返金・交換は不可能のため、追跡サービスを使用することをお勧めします。
返品商品を受け取り次第、商品の状態を確認し、お客様のクレジットカード又はお支払い口座にて返金させていただきます。返金が反映されるまでは各銀行、クレジットカード会社によって多少お時間がかかりますのでご了承ください。

Returns are accepted if products are found defective or damaged. Contact me within 7 days of receiving items to request exchange or refund. Once returning items is confirmed, please ship items within 14 days of receiving them. Used items are not accepted for return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if items are defective, damaged or wrong items.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Using a trackable method to mail your return is highly recommended. It is unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of returned items.
After receiving and inspecting the condition of your items, you will be informed whether the refund was approved. If it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
