配送について
＜お届けまでの目安＞
通常、受注生産の形を採用しているため、ご注文日より４週間〜のお時間をいただいています。在庫がある商品に関しましては３営業日（週末、祝日をのぞく）を目安での出荷となります。
現在、新型コロナウイルスによる感染拡大を受け、商品のお届けに遅れが生じる可能性がございます。お客様にはご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、ご理解・ご協力のほど、よろしくお願い申し上げます。
<国内配送＞
ご注文いただきました商品は、一部を除き全てゆうパック（日本郵便）での配送となります。発送日にご登録いただきましたメールアドレスへ、発送完了のメールをお送りいたします。
・送料 全国一律 900円（税込）（離島も含む）
受注商品と在庫ありの商品を同時に購入された場合、①発送が遅い商品に合わせてまとめての配送（送料１回分）又は、②別々の配送（送料２回分）どちらかをお選びいただけます。商品注文の際、備考欄にて明記してください。記載がない場合、①にて対処させていただきます。
Shipping
＜Estimated Order Schedule>
Items are mostly made-to-order, so please allow us 4+ weeks plus ship time to proceed with orders.
For items with stocks, please allow us 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process and ship items.
Because of the COVID situation, please contact us first about your country before purchasing. You will be informed about whether it is possible to ship to your country and how long it would possibly take to ship.
＜International Shipping＞
Items are shipped via EMS / International e-Packet service with JAPAN POST. Customers can choose either option for shipping (faster and safer option of EMS is recommended.)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
＜After Delivery>
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order over 4 weeks after receiving your shipping confirmation email, or in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact me as soon as possible at merumeru.tokyo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
